Have you checked your website's Pagespeed recently? Do you even know what it is?
For those of you that have never come across Pagespeed Insights before, this is a benchmarking tool provided by Google to determine the speed of your website for users.
It provides a speed for both Desktop and Mobile and can help point out any big issues that are slowing down your website.
This can be of critical importance for search engine optimisation purposes, especially with people potentially not bothering to stick around if your website takes too long to load.
The tool will give you a score out of 100, with 90-100 ranking as good, 50 to 89 needs improvement and 0-49 is poor, so hopefully your websites are in the orange or green banding and not the red!
The tool does give useful tips on how to improve your overall score and website speed such as serving up images in next-gen formats like webp, CSS improvements as well as other useful suggestions.
